The Foundation provides support in the following areas.
Enlivening the American Jewish Landscape
The Foundation's efforts to enliven the American Jewish landscape consist of its Dorot Fellowship in Israel and support of programs that aim to help young Jews (ages approximately 22-39) integrate the Jewish aspect of their identity with other aspects of their identity.
The Foundation has historical and ongoing relationships with a small number of cultural institutions and major libraries in the U.S. and in Israel.
Social Change in Israel
The Foundation's support for social change in Israel takes place in partnership with the New Israel Fund.
PLEASE NOTE: The Dorot Foundation does not accept unsolicited proposals on behalf of organizations or individuals.
