Selection will be based on:
- Potential impact of both the Israel-based Mentor’s work and the Applicant’s scope of work in furthering the Mentor’s work
- Feasibility / Practicality (How likely is it, in general, that the scope of work can be implemented as described? Does the Applicant have the skills and capacities needed to successfully complete the scope of work?
- Strategic Thinking (How well thought out and how well articulated is the proposed mechanism for creating the desired social change?)
- "Buy in” from the Israel-based Mentor and the home campus Faculty Advisor (Is it clear that the applicant is the right person for the proposed work? Do they have an accurate picture of the applicant’s skills and capacities to carry out the scope of work while living overseas?)
