A Letter of Inquiry should be 2-3 pages of Narrative accompanied by Financial information. The LOI should address the following topics:
NARRATIVE
- a brief statement of the organization's founding, history and current activities
- the need the proposed program addresses
- a description of the program’s activities
- the amount requested, including the time period the request covers
- the names, titles and qualifications of staff members integral to the program’s success
- contact information for the primary contact person
FINANCIAL
- a budget for the program
- a budget for the organization
